Returns & Refunds

Because our products are personalised and made to order, we are only able to accept returns or offer refunds in the following circumstances:

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or there is a fault with your item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-Personalised Items
For any non-personalised items, you may return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Personalised Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for personalised items unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing error. Please double-check all spelling, dates, and personalisation details before submitting your order.
